The Aden Health Project is dedicated to breaking down barriers to maternal and reproductive healthcare for underserved women in Hyderabad, India. We believe that geography, income, and circumstance should never determine the quality of care a woman receives. Through community-based clinics staffed by local physicians, we bring prenatal care, reproductive health screenings, and health education directly to the women who need it most.
Founder & Executive Director
Aden Syed is a pre-medical public health student at Las Positas College in Dublin, California, with a passion for global health equity. Rooted in his family's deep connection to Hyderabad, India, Aden founded the Aden Health Project to close the gap between underserved women and the maternal and reproductive healthcare they deserve. In addition to leading the organization, Aden serves as the primary liaison between the U.S. team and the on-the-ground network in Hyderabad — coordinating clinic logistics, physician partnerships, and community operations. He is working toward a career in medicine with a focus on global health and community-based care.
